- Lead and expand the Sales & Marketing team, strategic and operational
- Further develop strategy and processes in the area of sales and marketing, offline and online
- Exceed your sales budget by inspiring and engaging your Sales & Marketing team
- Continuously work with business development to replace more vans with our resource and energy efficient solutions
- Contribute heavenly in the Velove Management team
- Solid skills in a leading sales & marketing role
- Experience of international and multicultural marketing and sales of products, preferably including both hardware and software
- Preferably background in logistics, transport and/or automotive/LCV industry
- Proven track record in managing inbound marketing and online sales
- Fluent business english skills, and preferably also Swedish and German or Dutch
- Aware of climate change and striving to scale up solutions for constraining it
- Triggered by sales goals
- Enjoying being a leader
