After a fantastic year together with AMOI, our rider Mirren has already managed to cycle 7,000+ km with a load full of perfect pralines, fine fish, delicate delicacies and good cheese to happy Stockholmers during her many AMOI routes.

We have cycled more than ten laps around the world and delivered packages, fruit baskets, company packages, rental machines and much more.‍

The Velove Armadillo e-cargobike certainly does not look like a normal bike. It even looks quite different from most other heavy e-cargobikes on the market today. Why is this?‍We wanted it to fit in the bike infrastructure without becoming a problem for other cyclists. At the same time, we wanted it to have high cargo capacity, great ergonomics and be really easy, safe and fun to ride. Could all of these criteria be met in one bike?

In 2020, we changed business model to become a vertically integrated last mile delivery company. How has it worked out?

Patrick Perret, from Switzerland, decided to combine making a statement and do a grand adventure together with his children Yoann and Emilie on an electric cargo bike. After 17 437 km and many countries, they are now back in Switzerland to tell the story.

In a joint project with RI.SE, we have demoed a hydrogen powered Armadillo with semi-trailer. We are one step further realizing our last mile delivery vision with electric cargo bikes.

Swedish Energy Agency granted funding for testing City Containers and to compare the energy consumption of electric assist cargo bikes and a small electric van.
